Refund Policy

If the customer requests a refund before we begin work on your content requests, we will offer a 100% refund (transaction charges will be deducted). Content Flip charges a recurring monthly fee to use our service. Customers who wish to cancel their service within 24 hours of a new monthly charge will be able to request a refund for their last charge pending that they do not have any current submissions or writing being completed. It is the customers responsibility to cancel subscriptions.

Customers can easily cancel their service by emailing hello@contentflip.co or by visiting our Cancel Service page.
